Go with the plan

You’ve got enough decisions to make every day, some being more important than your fitness or workout for the day. So don’t use your energy overthinking when or what to train.  


If you made the plan then go with it. It doesn’t matter if the gym might be busy at that time (and you could put off legs for tomorrow) or if going running in nature feels better than doing the yoga class you signed up for.


Building the habit of 'going with the plan' keeps you accountable and maintains a holistic approach. 


Here was me before the yoga session I signed up and didn't bail on:
