This follows on from yesterday’s post…
Sometimes you need to listen to your body and sit this one out. There have been too many signs today that I should train legs tomorrow instead of today. Weird little pains when I’ve walked a couple of times and still sore. I also didn’t sleep well and it’s already 5.30pm.
If it’s too forced then you know the universe is telling you something. Don’t get injured and get after it tomorrow. The gym will still be there and nothing will change.
