Count On Yourself

Recently I’ve been using my workouts and skill building as my social time, so it’s a little disappointing when your hot, hot yoga partner has a hangover and your boxing trainer is sick.
After a morning of great productivity (yes, on
Saturday) it would be easy to relax all afternoon in the sun or put on a movie. After all, it’s not a strength training day so it’s technically a rest day right? Not quite. The boxing session is my high intensity training for the week, so instead I went to the forest and did 5 rounds of stair sprints and 3 x 3 minute rounds of shadow boxing. No equipment, no excuses.
Wish them a quick recovery, and keep it going!
